Default Lock Ups and BSoDs

Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
Corsair Dominator 8500C5D (1GBx2)
VisionTek Radeon HD 4850
Gigabyte GA EP45-DS3L
CoolerMaster Real Power Pro 650W
Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP1

Anyway, it'll lock up and loop sound which is really aggravating. BSoDs usually don't tell me much but sometimes it'll say "DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS THAN OR EQUAL" or something like that. My computer worked fine for about a month and a half, and yes, everything is stock-clocked but it still has problems. It locks up in safe mode so I doubt it's a software or drivers issue, and sometimes it'll freeze while it's at the loading screen with the green bar. The locking up and crashing is very random and I don't no how to reproduce it... It just happens. I've been able to keep my computer up and running for 9 hours and 27 minutes now, but sometimes it'll lock up in minutes.

I have the Everest tool but have no idea where to find my PSU readings. What should I post?

Things I've already tried:
*Replaced the video card, albeit with the same type of card
*CCC Drivers 8.6 (included with card), 8.10, 8.11
*Moving my memory modules from slots 0 and 2 to 1 and 3.

Thanks in advance.

Hmmm, well typically this is either graphic driver related or a fault in the RAM. Sounds to me like a RAM issue, considering you said it did this in Safemode and during a boot.

However, a fault in the RAM could be a result of a corrupt BIOS. Find the newest BIOS for your motherboard, and flash that over. Post results of the flash here, and if it isn't fixed, we go to the next step.

BIOS flash? =[

Well I randomly pulled out one of my memory modules when you advised about the possibility of a RAM fault, and my system hasn't crashed or locked up for two days. I'll wait a bit longer and RMA my memory if I don't crash for a while. Thanks. ^^
