Default My computer is beeping

I have come in to a problem.

My computer won't stop beeping! now, I am on a Phoenix - Award BIOS and the beeps are random, which what I'm told means that it's a RAM issue with AWARD. Ok, so I open up my computer and look inside and see it's just COVERED in dust. I am going to get some compressed air tomorrow to clean it out.

But my main problem is that the computer beeps when a lot of the CPU is being used. And I look in my task manager and see that guild wars is using around 50-60 of my CPU! That is a LOT. Now World of Warcraft which I play occasionally is something like 15 gb of space on the computer and Guild Wars is like 1.6gb. When I open up World of Warcraft it's only using 25 cpu. And it's a lot bigger! Is this a problem with Guild Wars or my computer? Also in the process of writing this, WoW has not gone up to around 35-45 CPU.

HELP ME. The beeping is annoying.

I thought about that so I went into my BIOS and saw that the CPU temp was around 55 degrees Celsius. I then set it so it would turn off at 85 degrees Celsius and so far it hasn't happened. Also I think the warning temperature is 85 too.

get rid of all that dust a.s.a.p.

faulty RAM could cause those problems, but make sure that it isn't dust issues first.

WOW is not nearly as demanding as GW is graphically speaking, so expect GW to take up allot more system resources, aka CPU, GPU, RAM etc....

50-60% being allot all depends on what your Processor is, and to a lesser extent the rest of your computer's configuration - need more info to properly assess that one.

Now im not very sure on WoW's keyboard commands but i know in GW i hit lots of keys at once, isnt their a 5 key simultaneous limit(atleast on XP) untill you get a MOBO beep? i think thats more viable seeing as he didnt report it happening in WoW.

he prolly hasnt done a full -image, and so only has a partial gw.dat

anyways...
storage space has no relation to cpu usage
