Rahja's build is pretty solid and rather close to my own current build. Only thing I'd comment on is if you're using a HAF 932 case, be warned that it sucks in a lot of dust (no filters, but eh, entire point of case is airflow). I'm cleaning my PC out every week and a half or so with air duster. The dust buildup isn't really a big deal, just fair warning. It's still a great case.

Place outside to keep temps cool while overclocking depending on location, install filter+housing+drop panel and install a bug zapper+neon light for cool zappin effect. May minimize air flow but cool effects increase+practicality

So that would be my best buy option? Or is there anyone else who disagrees?

Yeah, I thought that. I just wanted to have some more opinions. It's not like I don't trust Rahja.
Anyway, my brother is gonna do the same as Rahja (giving an advice) and than we'll see.
I'll keep you guys updated and thanks for helping me out!

Rahja's build is pretty decent, but there's just one thing that I don't agree with: the case. I don't really see the point why he should spend over $100 for a case. You could easily go for a Cooler Master CM 590/690 and still get good airflow, although maybe a litte less than the HAF.

computer manufacture use cheap parts and some of them are garbage. you got vista your gonna have the same ole update after update if you dont update your inviting viruses and trojans. actually for that price id could make a customized computer where the specs are better for what i want it. after my last computer i bought like that i'll never go back to those cheap computer companies that give you garbage now that i know what quality is sometimes it pays to get quality you just have to be a little more knowledgable and make you got compatable products

Sorry mate, but it's a fact that you cannot play GW "Max" with an Intel GMA x3100... and the idea that you played Fallout 3 on that computer is laughable.

alien ware is a different topic they tend to put in better quality stuff but your paying for what you get and i can make a better product with quality stuff for less then they can but dell no they'll fill it with garbage. hey if someone was giving me an alien ware computer yes id take it but buy one no cause i can customize a computer i like better for the same price and have the exact specs i want. for those who dont wanna take the time to build one themselves alien war would probably be the only id recommend if they were gaming and id make sure it was good enough for what they want as the casual internet surfer my three old piece of junk would be better as in spec then that dell system you posted and it now collects dust and id probably give it to em for free just to give me space

I would consider an ATI 4890 since it is as fast as the GTX 275 but can probably be get for a bit less (nothing wrong witn the GTX 275 though).

Both are good options and that build by Rahja is a good one.

EDIT: Well in newegg doesn't seem as that though, with the exception of the sapphire one that goes for 199.00 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102830) after the in mail rebate.
