Am I able to connect multiple USB Extension Cables to each other and then the USB device and it work properly?

While I've never tried it, I doubt you'd have any issues (possible minor speed loss).

Yes you can, but depending on how far you want to extend your usb device. You might need to put a powered hub or two in the chain.

With a low speed device, you will be able to get a range up to 27m, depending on how long the device's cable is. It depends upon whether it's USB 1 or USB 2 and how far you want to go. There is a max limit of 5 meters (16ft) for a USB2 cable, but longer runs can be done using powered hubs.

I have done what you are referring to before and not noticed any speed loss or problems whatsoever - of course I was just using a pair of 6' cables, so the total distance was not close to the max. possible. Keep the cable length(s) within reason and you should be fine.
