Default Changing the Mouse

Okay, so I have just an average mouse with two buttons and a scrollwheel. I would like to know if it's at all possible, through Guild Wars or otherwise, to make my scroll wheel have a function besides just zooming in and out. I'd much rather assign buttons to scroll for me, and have the scroll wheel used for something more useful.

Mouse commands are changed through your mouse software. The Control Panel/Mouse software does not allow you to reassign the Scroll wheel, but if you have software specifically for your mouse (as I have for my Razer Deathadder), you can use that to give the Scroll a new function.
