You could also build that exact system for a lot less if you didnt go Alienware. Alienware = Great systems, but over priced a lot.

Unlucky hit it right on the head.

That, and that monitor on a $5000+ system? Seems such a waste to have vid cards designed for super-high resolutions... and only have a monitor that can display 1280x1024... w/e, not my money being wasted :P

I have GOT to get a phone that takes better-quality photos...or a digital camera.

My desktop (both the one on the computer and the top of my desk!). I made that awesome wallpaper on my own. That little thing you see by the left speaker is one of those "fill up the glass statue with colorful sand" things I made years ago at a carnival.

My computer and the battery, which I've stopped using as the damn thing fried my old CRT. It's been so long, I forget what kind of company "MGC" is. Googling yields nothing, either.

A closeup of the sandbear.

I see the only reason to get an Alienware is for the funky case. Custom-built FTW!

A. Yes, you CAN get a case off Ebay, but they are disgustingly overpriced (300+ last I looked) or you can get a knock-off... Raidmax Samurai I believe looks similar... not absolutely positive though.

B. You CAN build your own laptops guide here. A simple Google search for 'barebone notebook' yields more examples.

204B? It's what I had before this... then two rows of pixels died. There's pics of it on the first page if you wanna compare to the widescreen model.
