Default Vista Crashed And Now Can Not Login?

My Vista crashed for got knows what reason last week and I needed to do a clean install. I had not played Guild Wars since before X-mas. Once my system was finally taking shape I decided to install the Guild Wars Client. I had done this several times before without issue.
Well today when i get to the login in screen it will not let me login. I asked for a password reset, but no email ever arrived?
All the posts about stolen accounts have me a bit spooked.
I went over to my NCSoft account, and there was no sign of Guild Wars under my game accounts?
Any advice, ideas or recommendations would be wonderful.

How come these people come here saying the same things?

"I can't log in" "Won't let me in"

If you want us to help you...PLEASE...PLEASE tell us EXACTLY what is happening.

Right now, there are several things I'm imagining that can be happening:
-The Current problem with the DNS'es not directing you to anet
-Hacked
-Lag keeping you in the "Connecting ... " dialog box
-Firewall keeping you from logging in

As far as I know there is no way (option) for a customer to delete a game from his/her master plaync account.
So, you either have multiple master plaync accounts in which case you should check them all OR you are logging into a PRETEND plaync web page in which case it probably means you got or you are about to be hacked.

By writing "it will not let me login." do you mean that GW says "We don't recognize your account login information. Please try again (Code=227)", or something else ?

You asked for password reset.
well if you account name is like "[email protected]" or "[email protected]" i really do not know where that mail went. I suppose to a VALID email address given in your master plaync account.
if you account name is like "[email protected]" or "[email protected]" etc you should have received a mail by now (i suppose).
Not really realated but ...might be related
A problem that i once faced with a friend's facebook account was that facebook would NOT send a "reset password" email to an email address like "[email protected]" but DID send it to "[email protected]" which is the same thing since my friend was receiving email on both those addresses.
IF your GW is connected to a yahoo email address AND IF the problem i described still exists AND IF it affects plaync THEN MAYBE you should change your master plaync email address to "[email protected]com"

Sorry I was not more specific...it is a 227 code. I still have not received the email. I have a ticket into support. Not being a computer guru, I was not sure what exact information to provide. I did not mean to be vague intentionally.
