Default GW Servers conn problems

Hi ,

For about two weeks I have some strange problems :

1. I can't connect to :GW official site , GW official wiki ,the support site from the first screen when activating the game.

2. Trying to activate the game i have a delay of 20-30 sec with the anounce "connecting".

3. After the display of my chars , there are 3 of them I can't play .
When I press play , after 10 sec I receive code 007 .

4. With the chars I can play , there is a constant delay of 30 sec changing a location .
When I'm in game , I have quite good ping , green 230-270 ms.

I can connect fast to other sites like :guru , pvx , other gw wiki , local sites .

I have a 10M internet on a gamers account.

I checked with my internet supplier , everything is OK .
When we checked my ping we received from some GW sites like 206.127.153.151 - requested timed out

I reformated my computer .
I have the same problems of GW conn with a laptop I tryed to use.

Can anyone give me any advice or at least pass this to support .
Is any e-mail address I can access the support not through GW site ?
my ign :dan the conqueror

Thank you ,
Dan

Atm I cant connect at all with any of chars.
After 2-3 min iI receive error 058 = contact the support from GW site (and I cant conn them ) .

I have seen a couple of posts about this it might have something to do with your firewall programme if you do a search you will see it.

But if you want to log a support ticket you have to do it yourself.

I think the programme that causes the prob is Net commando or something

Most likely, it's a bad router/server somewhere between you and GW. Unless the problem unit is in your local ISP, there's not a whole lot you can do. Usually, these things clear up after someone fixes or re-routes the bad router/server.
