10 + minute area load screens
so i just finished tutorial , and started to enter new area , the load screen is downloading at a weak 23-40 kbs . now i have a fast connection and every thing else . i can get @ 10 Mb/s . so is there a way around this . or am i always going to be taking a 15 min break @ every area ? thank you in advance for your help

If all you have installed is the game client then you actually need to download the areas the first time you enter each one. One way to do this is to run the "-image" command line which will download all the necessary data at one time (takes 6 hrs or so on DSL).
