Default Can't get past load screen in Shing Jea Monastery

Hey there I have a bit of a problem and am looking for some help if your willing. I just got back into Guild Wars and have played through a bit of prophecies and nightfall with no problems but when I start up a new character in factions it randomly gets stuck on the load screen in Shing Jea Monastary.

This seems to happen on my 2nd or 3rd trip back and locks that character in that loading screen. I have restarted that guy 3 times so far and everytime it will lock up with me hearing the sounds of the area but only seeing the load screen at 100%.

I have also used -image, -repair, and reinstalled it 3 times so far but nothing has helped me.

thanks for the help

Well more often than not, this issue seems to boil down to lag. I've contacted Anet about this issue, and they suggested increasing my paging file, reinstalling, and updating my graphics drivers.
