And what does a clean installation mean?
And how do I download motherboard drivers? I went to AMD's site, and none of the options let me choose the one I have...

That install is in the correct order. You have a computer manufactured by an OEM (ie Dell, HP, etc) right?

Clean Installation is an option in the newest forceware driver release. You'll see it when you install drivers this time.

Oohh, I think I found the drivers I needed and installed them.

Re-downloading the .dat file now. Well, if this is not going to work, I doubt anything else will.=p
