problem with my account
about 4 - 5 years ago i bought the GW Factions and GW Nightfall and i used both cards. now i decided to reinstall the game, but i think i forgot the account name. is there any way to retrieve it?

The account name is an email address, possibly one that you used around the time you created the account.
You'll also need to provide the password you used for that account, and now, in line with new security you must also provide a character name that is on your account as well. If you are missing any of this information you must contact Support www.guildwars.com/support/ with as much information as you do have, such as the serial keys and any other rough information you have to hand. Hopefully they will be able to get back to you with the information you require. |
