Default Support response time?

I tried logging in yesterday after a few months of activity and got an error message that my account has been blocked, code=045. I havn't breached the rules of conduct so I sent an email to support but havn't received a response yet. Does anyone know how long it might take?

well with the winter holiday in all...

well you probably wont get an answer for a day or so.. a useful response that will help unblock you.. i'd wager 2 weeks or so.

iirc they're not in the office from Christmas to New Year, so you've got at least another 2-3 days to wait. Maybe that's just Anet though, support may not be affected (though 2-3 days to wait is still quite possible).

My block took 4 days to get a response and 5 days to clear up, and that wasn't near a holiday.

When they get back to work I'd wager they'll have quite a few support tickets in the backlog, so expect 7 days or more.

I got blocked due to a failure of GM LemonCobra. It took 48 hours of a 72 hour suspension for them to fix my issue.

18.5 hours from first support ticket before they replied saying they were escalating it. 12 hours after escalation till they replied that the suspension was correct. 2 hours later after giving evidence of LemonCobra's failure till they said that they were indeed wrong and that my account was available again and 4 more hours till it was ACTUALLY available. (The missing 12 hours was from suspension till when I found out I was suspended)

My account is working now. I emailed NCsoft support too yesterday because I couldn't log into my account on the NCsoft website. They replied to me today and after I gave them some account info they unblocked everything.
