Default <Closed> Screen resolution Out Of Range

Okay so, I was trying to adjust the (#### x ###) screen resolution ingame, when apparently I selected one too high for my monitor. The screen goes black with an "Out Of Range" textbox on it. So now I can't run Guild Wars at all, because when I start it up, it's still out of range for my monitor... So, my question is as follows. Where can I change it without going into the game itself? If I can't, then I'm screwed.

It's the thought that counts. As well as the Revelation that it's fixable =D

alt-enter. You sir, are a God. Thank you so very much. I'm so glad I didn't have to do the other thing. It was way too long >_<

Only way i can think to fix this isnt a fast method - Read it all before trying.
If unknown search for -image on forum ( saves a lot of typing by me to cover each windows version ) .
follow the steps to make an -image shortcut.
Go into gw folder and delete the gw.dat file.
Run the image shortcut to rebuild the datfile.
Bewarned - this can take several hrs but when you log back into gw your settings will be at default and you`ll only need to redo any changes you made before regarding keys/sounds and graffix.
Like i said its long winded method but does work

addition - before trying check the remote line commands ( like -image is ) as theres a chance theres a flag you can set for graffix rez

Add -windowed to options in guild wars shortcut or in game press Alt + Enter to go into windowed mode.
