Angry code =058

When i start GW up, code =058 appears, i tried everything to get rid of it(like turning off all the firewalls, debuggers, antivirusshield and more) but nothing helps..

does anyone knows how i can play GW again?? should i reinstall it?? and can i do that without losing all my characters?

You can uninstall / reinstall Guild Wars and it should solve the issue.

Code 58 appears to be a corrupt / damaged dat file.

All your characters are stored on Guild Wars servers so you won't lose any information just by reinstalling the game.
