Default Guild wars wont download

For some odd reason when i try to download the guild wars client i get :

Unable to Install:
The installer could not write Guild Wars to the specified directory. Please check that you have administrative access. That you have permission to install the programs in the specified directory. And that there is sufficent space available on the drive.

Well ive tried running it as admin, disabling my anitvirus, deleting it restarting my computer and trying again. The problem started a few weeks ago but i managed to fix it some how but when the dervish update came it wouldnt run gw and i have the same problem, anyone know how to fix this. Ive got windows vista 32bit.

i looked at another thread releated to my problem and downloaded ccleaner then i moved the directory back to the games folder b4 i was putting it in program files.

Ignore this - GW works fine with Vista. Have you tried installing to some other folder like C:\Games\Guild Wars?
