lost connection w/ friends list.
I don't know how many others are having this problem.
I know there was some issues with the friends lists after the whole Derv re-working. My friends list has been disconnecting for about 2weeks prior to the updates. I get the " Your connection the friends server was lost. Click below to reconnect." This happens all day long while I am on playing. makes it quite difficult to talk to alliance members or even team members at the time. I was wondering if anyone else was having that issue and if so is there any sort of fix for it? I looked on the guildwars.com page in their support and didn't see anything of that matter on the site. Please help, it makes playing my game very frustrating and not very enjoyable. Also, I am on a new pc. it never did it before i uninstalled and reinstalled as well Thank you. im`having the same problem man along with server disconnection...im in the middle of vanqiing and survivor ....DC... and its pissing me off

No kidding. So far I've found no solution to it. Generally what sets mine off that I've noticed is if I whisper someone or they Whisper me. but other times it doesn't d/c at all. Wish it would just stop doing that.
Lithril, did yours start before or after the Derv update? |

Problem I've been having is on loading and logging, my friends list doesn't show anyone online even though the people ARE online and I can see them talking in Guild/Alliance chat. Quite a few people have commented on this happening to them too :/ I've had a couple of random DCs from friends list only as well without DCing from the game.

Ive been having this problem for a couple months...
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...93&postcount=8 Internet works fine, still connected to game, but it kicks me off friendslist & guild roster. Ive ran tracert & ping plotter & my connection drops at NC Interactive in Texas...but its our internet connections, never ever the servers. |
