Just copy whoole folder of GW (includes gw.exe, gw.dat, templates if its windows xp, if no, go into my documents and find templates). Then when you run GW on your new pc, it will ask you for location, just click OK, and that's that.

All you need is the old gw.dat file to prevent the nasty load times. install gw as normal and copypasta gw.dat over the new one.

Since your old OS was Vista, your Templates and Screenshots should be in a folder in the "[My] Documents" folder under Users on the old hard drive. Basically around the same area as the Desktop files.
That is, if you look at the old drives directory, there should be a root folder/directory called "Users" and in there there should be a folder for the Username you used on that computer. Under that there should be folders for Desktop, Documents, etc., and Guild Wars should be under Documents (or My Documents, I can't recall if Vista used the "My"). This GW folder will only have Templates and Screenshot (etc.) folders, not the game itself.
There should also be a new Guild Wars folder under "Documents" in Win7, which is where you'll want to copy the old Templates, etc. folders.

Btw, one easy way to find this would be to use Windows Explorer to Search the old hard drive for "Guild Wars" and/or "Templates".
