Problem getting texmod
I downloaded the file and got the zip file with texmod.exe and the readme file, but when I try to extract it to a new file, only the readme file appears in the extracted file. Can someone help me get the texmod file extracted

Make sure your anti-virus scanner didn't move Textmod.exe to the quarantine folder or automatically deleted it
