Hi,
I use to let my game on when I'm away for a while, to read back messages. Since about 1 month I'm getting disconnected every time when I'm off between 1-2 hours (007 error).
But when I log on anew I still get the 'you have been playing for 2 hours' msg. And I'm in the region I visited b4, not in the latest one. Also when I get back earlier and when I'm still online, I notice my status is offline for several minutes.
What can this be? (using Windows 7, with latest Serverpack)

BTW: I'm 100% sure no one else is using my account.

There was an issue with this a month ago, and I"m getting it again as well. Put in a support ticket, if you can. It's the only way it'll be fixed. (It was an issue of a router between them and NCSoft.)

Its to do with the Euro Servers, it started about a month ago, and has been random, i had no issues until this weekend, Sunday/Monday and this morning, the game Err 7'd on me, logged in moved to US districts ping was higher but no DC's

So its not only me then, I usually check forums for these probs, but nobody mentioned anything till now (thought it was only me). Like the poster above I was experiencing high pings and disconnects till I moved to us servers.

Sometimes I'm getting them on US servers, sometimes on EU. But it's hard to tell when it's because of the GW servers and when because of my ISP, or of some route in-between, so I can't be sure it's the same issue.

I should running traceroutes to the server IPs, see where exactly they break down.

If you're having troubles, put in tickets. They can't fix what they don't know about.
