Default Can't install the game

Hey there. I'd like to start playing guild wars again but when I run the setup file on my guild wars cd (complete edition), I get stuck at the connecting to arenanet screen. The loading bar does move at first, but when it reaches the end nothing seems to happen. In fact I had it loading all of last night and still nothing had happened when I woke up.

I'm behind a router but I've been able to run guild wars before without any issues on the same system with the same ISP and everything. I also can't think of any major software that I've installed that could have an effect on this. I have Norton 360 installed and I can't see guild wars in the firewall application list since it isn't installed yet, but I'm also thinking this isn't the issue since if Norton was blocking guild wars then how would the loading bar move at all?

Can't think of much else that would help. I've removed all of my old guild wars files that I've been able to find, but for some reason when I run the gw setup, I can only choose 'Repair Installation', so I'm thinking I've missed something. Also, here are my system specs if it helps:

AMD Turion(tm) II Dual-Core Mobile M500 2.20 GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650
4GB DDR2 RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

You could try temporary disable the firewall just to make sure it's not it?

Well, this is a bit embarrassing but all I had to do was to re-boot my computer. It had been running for days so I guess there was some underlying issue causing it. Thanks for trying to help though.
