Launch the game through Steam and use the web browser in the overlay? Sure it's not the best one out there but it does the job.

Put GW in windowed mode, but make the window almost full screen. Make the browser window smaller so that you can see the GW screen around the edges. Then you can see when the GW screen changes.

If you have a big widescreen, you don't HAVE to have your web browser window maximized across the entire screen. Most sites are optimized for many resolution sizes but primarly 1024x768. I have a 21.5" 1080 and my browser window is sized to the equivalent of a 4:3 monitor because it just doesn't have to be so big and all the page content is still 100% viewable.

But if you have a small screen....

Only option is reduce to windowed mode and play around with the screen size in windowed mode and then do the same with your browser. If you want just music to play, youtube videos sound, movie, tv, and etc.. just turn down the game volume in options and play while you listen. I just let them overlap really does not bother me.
