Am I the only one having a hard time entering the game/experiencing massive lags like 25 000 ping?

I had no trouble a few minutes ago.

I expect the entire WWW is currently a bit overstressed, though, with all connections being slow. All those SMSs and Emails wishing a happy new year trying to get through instantly and all.

A bit of advice: if you get HUGE pings, write down the IP of the server you're on, and re-log in. See if only one server is problematic (usually, huge pings like that are one server having trouble).

the only place that really gives me a headache is eye of the north (outpost)... probably because of snowball dominance (normal ping 200, now apx 8000... nearly impossible to walk, even to leave)

the rest seems fine, although today i noticed a few weird skill-animations that seem to stop way too early (ping stayed around 200)

lag lag and lag...but still able to log in (will get worse the closer to the finale we get)...but that is normal for the amount of peeps logging in to those areas ....

Average ping of 30,500ms at eotn (euro).
Got an error and disconnected when trying to load ice cliffs for snowball dominance.

Euro dists seem quite laggy after last nite - i had to switch to int as 4k lag on both accounts was making sd almost impossible - it started and by time i ran necro to their spot it started and i had no dialogue.Luckily in int today ive only had 1 major lag which was on necro and they dc but luckily it said quest done when i restarted gw.
The times that will cause most lag will be for the Finale rounds starting.
