Default Cant login [error 058]

I have reinstalled GW after not playing for some time. I recently got a new router (a netgear WGR614v6).
Since i got the new router it keeps giving me the 058 error. I have guildwars portforwarded already but it didnt help.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have you read the support pages?
https://help.ncsoft.com/app/answers/...w/error%20058/

Not sure if there is a relation, but i do have an aweful connection today (ping keeps jumping from 16 to 15000k; several times per minute, making playing almost impossible), so it may be a temporary problem?

I would also run the Test My Computer option from the login screen then review the results (which are saved in a text file called NetworkDiag.log) to see/confirm possible connection or a firewall blocking issue.

Thanks for the quick response.
I already checked the support page and it has a link with regards to problems with netgear routers but the link is broken. And the test my pc option gave a complicated log but it think it says port 80 isnt opened right.

From what i recall - port 80 is usually web access and if it wasnt opened correctly you wouldnt be able to use the web at all.
