Default Game lag

I'm not quite sure how to explain this so here we go. I will notice my player and other players, if in a party, will teleport when moving around. Rubber banding I can understand when there are several mobs on the screen and the gw servers haven't updated locations yet etc... Teleporting issue is driving me insane, even doing a mission with a few friends I will notice mine and their players teleporting and even minions/minipets.
I can assure you this isn't a lag issue with my pc nor my internet. I opened up tcp port 6112 on my dd-wrt interface router just to make sure this isn't the issue. My pc specs are i7 2600k @ 4.5ghz, 8gb ddr3 @ 1866mhz, 120gb vertex 3 ssd, nvidia gtx 580. I am just wanting a solution to this problem. My internet speeds are 50 down and 5 upload at any given time of the day and most of the time higher than that. When I am checking at the pings to the server i'm connected to on guild wars they average in the mid 70's. I have seen it higher in higher traffic areas such as a district that is close to full etc... What can I do to fix this? Latency should be okay and I don't think the latency is related to the teleporting.

This may help explain things - http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...99&postcount=6
Rubberbanding ( teleporting ) is when server and your connection lose sync and attempts to resync and you teleport.

I've been having huge lag spikes the past few days. It could be related to the Guild Wars 2 preorders?

I dont think the website taking orders would affect the game servers - infact id bet the web servers and game servers are in different locations - also the rare occasion when gw is having server maintenance the websites have been running.

Maybe an intermediate node on the way to the game server could be the issue. The thing is I don't have any packet loss when pinging cali , chicago, dallas, and other major cities. Who knows... I was just hoping there was a simple solution as I never have any problems in other games. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it's not. I know I didn't come here to blame guild wars. It seems it maybe be related to to something on the way to the game server. Thanks for the advice.

I think that this isn't suppose to be happening and I believe something can be done. I can make a video of exactly what is going on and upload it to youtube and anybody would still like to help find a solution to it. This teleporting lag makes it very difficult to do group oriented things such as uw and fow or doa. Here is some more information.

This is me doing a trace route to the ip address im connected to in guild wars.

Are the Guild Wars servers just not doing well lately? When changing districts yesterday with a group of 8 people, we were all disconnected from Guild Wars when trying to connect to Europe servers for our speed clear. I would say if I lived in a small town I could understand, but I live in a city with half a million people and my internet is taking the quickest routes to the game server.

Hello is there anybody out there???
I have learned something new though. When I experienced people jumping across the screen the most and being "rubber-banded" by mobs the most is when I had my fps unlimited. I have seen my fps at 1152 several times and I noticed more lag then. I have now limited my fps by using the parameter line in the gw.exe shortcut. Also, turning on vertical sync seemed to help out. Why the hell would I have to limit my fps to not get as much teleporting/people jumping issues? I don't really understand how fps could effect this at all. I have a powerful system that handles any game out there, but yet guild wars connection problems are annoying.
