After that recent update they made the scouts will not talk to me at all, im only level 9 and trying to hand in the HM books, the NPC's will not even talk to us, others also complaining about it in chat in Eye of the North.

1. Hardmode books can only be handed in by the chr that does them - eg chr named Big Ted cannot hand in books done by Little Ted
2. Hm is only accessable by lvl20 chrs and youre only lvl 9

So theres the problems solved
