Trying to buy from the Store
So I went to the ingame store to buy a few upgrades. I went to the check out and it told me that I need to be linked to an ncsoft account. No problem. Ive had an ncsoft account for years. I entered the login information and then continued on.
I got errorcode 1791128 and tells me to check my network conection. I dont get this because Im playing gw just fine so my conection is just fine. I then went to my ncsoft master account and tried buying the upgrades through the store there. I added what I wanted to buy and then it tells me that I have to have a valid game, so I click the option to link/add (this has been addressed in the forums already) sine my login has @ in it it wont let me login because @ is an illegal charecter. The forrum suggested that people do it via the ingame store which Ive tried. I contacted tech support and all they could tell me was how to link the two which didnt work. anyone have these problems? All I want to do is buy a couple codes to upgrade my account. |

Have you tried posting this on the guildwars support forum - if not put a post on there explaining in detail everything and also say you have followed what tech support suggested and its not worked.Hopefully they can sort it from there
