can't play
Ten minutes or so ago, I got disconnected. Now I can't log in. Anyone else having this problem?

Same here. US, EST (Eastern PA) thru Comcast cable. No other issues. I ran GW's diagnostic tool, but I'm not completely sure how to read the traces (or other stuff). It seems to be losing 100% of packets at certain points, but then continuing on (O.o?!). I'd be happy to post some of it here (SOME of it: I'm not posting my personal info
 ). I'd guess someone tripped over the power cord while grabbing some coffee again :/. |

Same here I am getting error code 042. Strange thing is, my son's Mac is able to login and play using the same account.

According to that Great Repository of All Truth in Guild Wars, the wiki, code 042 is among the "server errors" (i.e., problems on their end), so I expect it's some bit of code that went wonky on their end or something. Hopefully it'll get fixed soon.
