I just bought the game and I'm trying to register an account using the game client, but when I try to create a password it says error 011! I created the passwor on a notepad file and copypasted it so it's impossible to make an error!

Could it be that I must use my NCSoft Master Account?

Problem is, I'm locked outside that one too, because it doesn't recognise my password, and it doesn't recognise my e-mail either!

Please help me!

First of al, this is not the right place to ask bout this. We are not support but a player based community. So best thing to do is to contact support at http://www.guildwars.com/support/default.php.

They do their best to help you as soon as possible.

Well, thanks for the link! I tried to contact support before writing, but I couldn't find the page so I came here (I thought that maybe someone with the same problem would know something)! I'll try the link and see what I can do!

Make sure Caps Lock wasn't on at some point. Try entering the password with Caps Lock on in case you accidentally did that the first time.

Make sure you didn't copy & paste any extraneous characters.

I'm not sure if it gives the same error, but did you put in a character name as well?
