Default Gw2 Screen Freeze

I bought gw2 and everytime i get into game the screen freezes. I can see the Ui, the chat, player names, the map, but all the actual graphics in the game are just a black screen. My guy is moving, i can hear sound too. I thought it was just a huge bug but it isnt because i reinstalled it. I also know it is not due to overheating as i have checked temps. Also i reinstalled my video card drivers. I really need help because i payed 60 bucks for this and i really just want to play it. Thanks for help/advice in advance.

Try a gw2 forum, instead of a gw forum... also might want to contact support.
good luck
