unable to reset password
hi,
I'm trying to log-in to gw1, but it seems something is up with my password as i can't get it right. I know my character name & e-mail. I tried to click "reset password" but that send me to an internet browser without much help. I tried to click contact support through e-mail, but that opens outlook and this is not what i need. What e-mail can i use to send a request for password reset? Thank you. |

You have to write the gw2 support and tell them your gw 1 request cuz the official gw1 support is down. since anet dont care anymore about gw1....

-The reset password link has been non-functional for a long time now.
-[email protected] is a black hole in internetland. -GW1 support can be found here. It's actually reasonably good. I've heard that you may have to access the GW2 equivalent of that link if your GW1 and GW2 accounts are linked or something like that, but I don't play GW2 so I'm not sure about that.
