Does anyone know if we'll be able to choose guildhouses in areas other than Kryta at any point in the near future? I'd love to have one up in Wizard's Folly or even an old ruin in Ascalon.

I'd assume that for the release we'll just have the guild halls that we get... maybe with some customization... I doubt that they'll move the location from that island... Doesn't really explain how you can fight another Guild Hall since that Island doesn't look like it's big enough for two... :P.

Jeff Strain recently stated in an interview that there would be multiple Guild Hall maps available at release, though I can't remember the number he gave off the top of my head.

all i got to say is we better be able to have dark colors in our guild hall otherwise it will kinda be pointless. An evil guild with pink and yellow lace all around the outside

Pink and yellow lace? Where'd you see that? The Kryta jungle guild hall is pretty bright, but I'm pretty sure I didn't see any lace.

grrr... the nda is rather restrictive at times.

I wish I could say more. Let's just remember that we've been told that this next bwe will have a focus on pvp.

Alladar, why must you taunt us with your sparkling fountain of knowledge...?

Either way, I hope that whatever you may or may not know makes it into this Beta Event, I really do like seeing changes...

you all are obviously newbs if you don't know how you can have 2 guild halls on a single island while previously there was nothing but bamboo forests...

when you declare a guild challenge and it is accepted, your guild hall and all the members of the party are instantly teleported to a parallel realm where the island is perfectly semetrical on either side. during the teleportation through the realms, one team turns flags are turned blue by the magnetic fields and the other is turned to the other pole: red. pfft... stupid newbs...

Weezer, you're killing newbies... man, lighten up.

GvG man, that's where you're supposed to hold no quarter.

Peace.

lol, Weezer, I think you're trying to pull a fast one and, for the most part, I believed you... UNTIL you mentioned the magnetic fields, that's what really tipped me off.

P.S... Thunder, unless you were kidding... I think he was kidding.

Can someone tell me what types of Guild Halls were available this past beta? I spent all my time with new characters and didn't get to mess around in Kryta at all. Are they all typical jungle halls like the original Guild House, or are there actual different themes to choose from?

There were 6 guild halls available last beta.

1) Warrior's Isle: Basically the same one you've had since WPE.

2) Wizard's Isle: Very similar map to Warrior's Isle, but the setting is old Ascalon and the guild hall is much bigger.

3) Hunter's Isle: Same map as Wizard's Isle, but the world is post-searing Ascalon.

4) Isle of the Dead: Catacombs type guild hall with tar in the middle near the flag.

5) A snowy setting that features a massive guild hall and ice in the middle thats slows down players

6) Another set in the dead brown lands west Denravi. Looks like Dry Top and Ettin's Back terrain.

I can't remeber the names of the last 2 (5, 6).
