I've read the Road to Level 10 and I was just wondering how do you get out of Pre-Searing...

The quests I have right now are the one where I have to get a present for Lady Althea and the North of the Wall one.

I was just wondering if these quests are required and how to get out of pre-searing.

technically no quests except the otiginal one to get your first primary skills and kill anything to reach level 3 to enter the academy and get throught that and you are in the game

YOU LOSE

easy exp
free skills
easy money
practice on how things work
some of the most beautiful scenery in the game (only seen beta content so far)
catacombs have some nice areas

you can get through fast and struggle after but why?

get level 3
get primary profession
enter academy (good luck)
