I looked around but i could not find this skill and any trainers, does it even exist?

yes because i made a pvp character and used it. it may not have been available to RP characters in the beta.

correct, since this is still only the beta, some of the trainers and areas arnt even open to use, so the skill does exist we just dont have access to it yet.

I bought it from a high end skill trainer last BWE, I imagine Guru just isn't updating their trainer list till release.

Getting further off topic but i think signet of capture was an alternative way to get skills. Also they will have quests which reward you with skills i don't know to what extent since i only saw this in presearing.

This happens after pre-searing as well, and you get some really good, free skills just for taking the time to complete quests i.e. Bestial Pounce, Sprint, Penetrating Blow, etc.
