I am pretty sure hex spells do not stack but (Putting 2 conjure phantasms on one person at the same time), the question i had is about wastrels worry.

Mind Wrack
Description For 20 seconds, if target foe's Energy is zero, that foe takes 40-75 damage and Mind Wrack ends.
Energy Cost 5
Casting Time 1 seconds
Recharge Time 5 seconds
Skill Type Hex Spell
Linked Attribute Domination

Does Wastrels Worry stack (If I were to cast it once, and before the 3 seconds end, could i cast it on them again, and would it then take affect)?

Actually that brings up a question I had about conjure phantasm. I understand that if I put it on something, another will do no good. What if another member of my party puts it on the same thing? Would it stack then?

To that end, does Well of Blood stack with Well of Power?

From what I have read, they dont stack. You can stack..skills...like ingite arrows and duel arrow etc...but not hexes, but I could be wrong.
