Default You Need a 2nd Profession to get to Post Searing?

I am reading around the threads, and it seems that you can not get to post-searing UNLESS you have a 2nd profession? is this true?

I would prefer to JUST be a warrior and let my friends be the dual-classed characters.

I am a newbie so any info would be appreciated.

FYI, even though I am still pre-searing this game rules!

Short answer is : Yes

Medium answer is : Yes, but...

Long answer is : You have to take a second class, but you might decide not to put points in it at all. But I don't think why you would want to do that... :P

You do have to pick a second profession, but you don't have to put any att. points into it. You can still be a "pure" warrior. But a second profession can be very handy. If nothing else, you could go with the cookie cutter W/Mo, just to get a reusable rez. You can get that without putting any points into your monk stats.
