Im just woundering what the best sword in the game is and what level you have to be to use it?

1. There is no such thing as a best sword in the game. Every sword is equal in terms of damage/requirements. Unless of course, you're talking about mods, in which case it really depends on your build.

2. There are no base level requirements on any items. The lowest swordsmanship requirement I've seen for a max. damage sword is 8. I've also heard that it may be 7, although I can't confirm this.
