Trouble making a Guild cape - Guild Wars Forums

We are having trouble making a Guild cape. We sign up for the Guild, and as soon as we press OK, the window closes. We open the window again, go to the cape tab, and make all the selections, but the 'OK' button is disabled . We have enough money to do this.

What's wrong?

Hmm... Are you at the Guild Emblemer NPC?

Need a guild, first of all. You get that at the guild registrar.

Also, it costs money to make a guild. If you started with 2k then made the guild, then you won't have enough to make the cape.

Oh, and you can't be in a guild when you try to make a guild. If you're in one, I believe you have to be guild leader to make a cape.

All I can think is that it has to be the leader who chages the cape, nobody else can do it.
