Question pre-searing

i have a character pre-searing and one in the destoyed place and i see lots of pre-searing people talking about the pre-searing... (still following? :?) when (and if) you finish the destroyed place do you go back to a lovely happy place again or are you stuck in the hellhole?

Ascalon is forever destroyed with no going back.

they are telling the truth..however....

the Shiverpeaks are coldly beautiful, on a snowy day
the Maguma Jungles have a rather wildness that is quite apealing, and there are other areas that you will get to that are almost as nice to look at, if not nicer, that old pre sear ascalon, so chear up

i want to stand in the desert and hope it makes me homesick ^^ (grew up reading Dune books, if that explains it)

There are prettier places than ascalon. Fishermans Haven....the majority of the Shiverpeaks...The Desert is awe inspiring....

I disagree. Pre-searing has a beautiful delicacy about it that no other area has (don't know how else to say it). I hope they add an area like it in some future expansion.

cookie cutter world...not really my thing. I hated the tranquility of pre-searing ascalon...it was as if someone went to a concerted effort to make sure that every aspect of the world was peach blossoms and suntans...it felt very very very fake.

only in post-searing. You can use your storage to hold things while you go back and forth between characters. Pre-searing characters cannot share items or group with post-searing...only chat.

not pre searing there isnt, you have to put it into storage and then take it out with the other character.

I miss pre searing....

One question, did anyone notice the mountains at pre-searing, what happened to them, in post they're gone, and I doubt the searing destroyed a whole mountain range...
