they're 2 different conditions

i think disease would work good on a enemy warrior attacking youre monk make monk run through whole enemy team with warrior chasing him and whole team deseased :P

yeah...disease isnt very safe...because as soon as the opponent gets diseased...chances are they are going to run up to your team....

^^^ True, but I hear they are adding condoms with the next update. Only 5,000 faction for protection.

Disease acts as a third party. It doesn't distinguish from friend or foe. If someone gets close enough, they suffer the condition.
