what do them things mean i take it they all mean the same thing, and what is that?

14/50 = 14>50 = 14^50

they all mean that when ur character is above 50% health... u will be doing 14% more dmg with the weapon that has that mod

many many weapons will have a mod like "10% damage increase (when over 50% health)" or something to that effect .

Yes, in 14^50, the forteen means a 14% damage increase, and the ^50 means when your health is above fifty percent.
