Shield, req. tactics; wat's the effect? - Guild Wars Forums

hjzhawii Ascalonian Squire Join Date: Aug 2005 Guild: Goda Vos Profession: Mo/Me	Shield, req. tactics; wat's the effect? there's many tables out there that tells u how ur skill lvl in a weapon mastery affects the damage (warrior). What i can't find out is how the defence of a shield is affected if u use a shield but don't have the minimum tactics/str req. Any help?
