Default 55 hp monk help

There are only 4 sup monk runes right? DF, smiting, healing, and prot. Thats only 300 health gone from 480<--?.? And of course the -50 offhand which still leaves 130 hp. How do i get it to 55? Oh and what stats should i use if i want to solo UW, and which scar pattern for my headwear should i use? Thanks.

Use another monk superior, doesn't matter which. While it'll have no effect on your stats, the -75 health still counts.

If you look in the build section of the forum, the build was posted there lately. Even if the attributes are not posted, you should be able to guess them. You do know you need 13 in healing (for a mending +4), then high number of points in DF and in Protection.

Put another superior rune on the piece that doesn't have one, The health is still subtracted. I use about 14 healing for +4 mending and +9 healing breeze, enough in prot for a 17 or so second prot spirit, and the rest in divine favor about 14 or so. That build however does not do damage.

u use prot spirit or protective bond right? prot bond makes them only do 5% of ure health dmg to you right? i dont understand the skill discription xD.

Prot bond was nerfed back in like the summer. It was possible to get it down to 1 energy per hit over 5%. Now it is 3. So Prot spirit is all you can use. Someone i know can solo with EIGHT(8) health. He's nuts

It gets easier the lower your health is. The optimum would be between 14 and 19 hp, depending on how damage is rounded. Having a quarter as much health makes your mending four times as effective per hit.

Well, there are alternate ways. Just like dying with four sup runes in your can effectively make you hit 55, if you can afford the mana loss. But other then that, just sup rune with a -50 offhand down to 55. Simple. Also, like mentioned above, Search is your friend!

My classmate and guildleader also soloes with 8hp.
Its actually pretty simple.
You die once and have 8 hp left wich leaves prot spirit: 8hp:10%=0,8 max damage per hit... and that is without armor.
