Default Southern Shiverpeaks and Stacking question

Can someone tell me which mission will get me to an outpost or city in the Southern SHiverpeaks? I'm having a hell of a time trying to get anywhere in the southern shiverpeaks with henchies from Beacons perch. Forming a real party has been a pain in the butt so I normally have tried henchies.

Also I have a focci and a wand and both give a 20% chance of skill recharge. Can they be stacked to give me 40% or is it just 20%. Thanks.

1. You aren't supposed to get to the Southern Shiverpeaks from Beacon's Perch, storywise anyway. Thus there is no quest to go through Lornar's. If you want to get to Droknar's storywise, you have to go through the Maguuma Jungle, Ascend in the Desert, and when you beat the mission after that you'll end up at Droknar's Forge.

2. The way it works, you have a 32% chance of getting a fast skill recharge, and a 4% chance of getting a really fast skill recharge. The 20%'s overlap a bit.

cool thanks savio. I guess the Jungle is where I messed up. I didn't do any of the missions there...i just skipped over to augury. What a waste of time for me since my e/r isn't up to par skill bar wise to farm anything except for the sand drakes and minotars...lol.
Maguuma here I come.

If you're at Augury already, just do the missions in the Desert and Ascend. You don't really have to do the Jungle missions.

I know both elona and thirsty are doable with all henchies and a mes/nec, can't see an ele/ran having a huge amount of trouble with them. Dunes is doable with pretty much any class and henchies, getting to the mission is the hardest part of dunes.

cool thanks dargon. I have yet another question now...since you are stuck at a lvl 20 what good is earning more exp points? does this give you more attribute points to use in anyway?
