Default How is damage rounded up/down?

Hi there.

I have 12 in the weapon attribute of the weapon. If I score a critical hit with the weapon, I score for 31 damage on a target with AL60. Then, while in a stance, I score 36 for a critical hit. Now I'm trying to find out the damage-modifier on the weapon. Now for some math:

31*1,13=35,03.
31*1,14=35,34
31*1,15=35,65

How is the damage rounded up/down? Is the damage rounded up to the nearest whole number (36 in this case), or is it rounded up or down to the closest whole number(13% and14% rounded down, 15% rounded up)?

Any input is greatly appreciated

Ok. If it somewhere in the user agreement of Guild Wars says that this is illegal, I apologize and will edit/get this post deleted. If it is againt the forum rules I am again very sorry and will get this post edited/deleted.

You can choose to ignore all I wrote in the start, and just answer wheater the game rounds up or down the damage when it is in between numbers. It is a simple (?) question.

the game rounds down always. i know this from how prot spirit works, i.e if you have 19 max hp, you take 1 dmg per hit.

But if the game rounds down, how can I be doing 36 damage?

I don't know how things to do with protective spells are rounded, but in the case of damage skills, it is always rounded to the nearest whole number, be that up or down.

It's easily tested by rolling a fire ele and using just about any fire skills on the dummies in Isle of the Nameless. I used Fireball and Flame Burst, though which you use makes little difference.

What Damage Calculations say I'm doing vs. Damage dealt:

84.1 -> 84
89.8 -> 90
59.5 -> 60
63.5 -> 64

For any who won't believe me and want to see for themselves, I had a 16 in my fire attribute
