i need help finding this shield:
here are stats- +44hp/ -2 while enchanted

I believe it's one of numerous Crimson Carapace Shields...

Look at the Maguuma Jungle table. +45HP is as close as they seem to have, did you make a typo?

It is acquired by Vargil the White, which is a collector in the Mamnoon Lagoon.

Note that their is no longer a max-armor version of the +45/-2 (While Enchanted) collectors shield.

It was changed to (While Hexed) with the SF update.

I think 14AL is the closest you can get.

1. There was never a max collector while enchanted shield. I don't know where the rest of you were, but here's the history of the 3 max shield collectors:

Lord Dorn Lendrigen - originally had req. 9 Tactics, +45/-2 in stance shield for 5 bleached shells. Unchanged in SF. In Factions preview update, lowered to 2 bleached shells but still the same stats.
Karl Jakobs - originally had req. 9 Tactics, +45/-2 while hexed shield for 5 Massive Jawbones. Unchanged in SF. In Factions preview update, stats changed to req. 9 Tactics, +60/-3 while hexed.
Hagnon Warblade - originally had req. 9 Tactics, +45/-2 in stance shield for 5 Frosted Griffon Wings. Changed in SF to req. 9 Tactics, +45/-2 while hexed. In Factions preview update, stats changed to req. 9 Strength, +60/-3 while hexed.

There also hasn't been a AL 14 shield collector ever. AL 12 is the next step down from AL 16. Eldin has the AL 12 shield listed above.
