Default Are these global?

I was wondering if the armors that have "Reduces Deep Wound and Bleeding duration on you by 20%" as a feature, do they have a global effect? Or is it just for that piece of armor area?

So one can protect one's self from a wide variety of conditions by buying one piece of each? (I have been wondering about this stuff too.)

Yes. It isnt that big of a thing though. Conditions are SOOO easily removable they probably had no qualms about reducing the duration, when the important ones areremvoed in 1-2 secs anyway.

Well, it's probably worthwhile for particularly nasty conditions, like Blindness on an assassin. Even if it only saves you a couple seconds every once in a while, it would be useful.
