Where can I cap: "Cantha" Warrior elite skills: "Shove" ???

I need it for my assassin build.. I hope someone knows

Don't know if there are other places, but you can get it from a Dredge right outside of Zu Heltzer.

He's on a lil bridge just south-east of the HZH exit, in Ferndale

and his name is Tarnen The Bully

he also drops a shield which gives you Tactics+1, HP+30
