Default Quest item???

I seem to have aquired three "Monastery Credits" which are defined as "quest items"but do not know what quest they are for. Where/what do I use them for?

They are a form of payment to a few of the NPC's in the monestary (Sp?). it is like, if u have 3 of them u can trade them for a salvage kit or something.

Look for quartermasters, each area has a different kind of "credit" for doing quests, the rewards blow but they're useless for anything else. God forbid they let me unlock skills with them.

I dunno, free id / salvage kits and free keys is a pretty nice reward.

There for a mesmer quest in Pre-searing so if you have left there ditch em waste of time.

Being a mesmer has nothing to do with the pearl and necklace. Althea is a mes trainer, but they are for Rurik.

The aloe root is for a ranger quest, but you only need 1

You need to do the mesmer quest to activate the gift for Athena one, in less they changed that.

Hmm i never had to do the mesmer quest in order to get the gift for Althea

But u only need 1 of the beautiful items and give that to Althea. That way you get the exp. but you don't have to search for the other 2 items

The most amount of money per Monestary Credit I've been able to figure out is 100g per credit. You make this by trading them in for "Scrolls of Adventurers Insight" (I think thats close to the right name). The quartermaster will give you 1 scroll per credit and then you go and sell them to the merchant for 100g each. The nice thing is that the scrolls you get from the quartermaster in this fashion stack so you don't have to make a lot of trips back and forth.

Don't be fooled into wasting your time trying to sell the credits to people for 100g or less. You can make your 100g per credit the quick and easy way. Many people will tell you they aren't worth more than 100g and even less than that.

Another option is that if you want to achieve the drunkards title you can trade the credits in for "Hunters Ale" and use those for your drunken minutes.

Save them for post-searing and then sell them. People will pay a few k for them for some strange reason. Flowers, pearls, necklace, flutes....

you're kidding right? you can collect as many of those as you can hold. unless there's been a change you can get one evertime you rezone into the instance. why would people pay for these? i have yet to see someone in LA, Droks, or Ascalon spamming WTB useless quest items.
