Either you mean GW staff, which means you need to apply for a job at Arenanet.
Or you mean a officer in your Guild, then you should keep begging at your Guildleader. ^^

One of the major qualifications for getting a job such as this is your ability to communicate in a clear, understandable, and mature manner. If I was a hiring manager, and I received an email from you with this type of wording, the email would have been deleted before I even got through the first sentence.

The other thing is that since you posted the same question twice, you are showing that you don't follow directions well. That is not something people want in an employee.

If you seriously want to get a job in games, I suggest that you work on your communications, then visit the websites of several companies and look at their job listing. Here, you can see what a perspective employer wants to see in an employee, and what you need to work on to get a job.
